Pros

Great medical benefits, the 401k plan, the pension and opportunity for advancement. There are many locations located throughout the world in which to transfer or promote to.

Cons

The salaries are no where near competitive to other paint companies for their management staff. The bonus program is virtually unattainable and has been changed to reflect more unrealistic figures to benefit the company.

Pros

Strong Brand Quality Product Great Locations Freedom in how store is run by store management.

Cons

Limited Staffing Overworked and Underpaid Store and Assistant Managers are college educated...expected to bow down to and be treated poorly but a customer base that is, in many cases, made up of uneducated trades professionals. This can be very discouraging.

Cons

Management was terrible. He was only concerned with making sales instead of thinking about his employees
