      Team - People are friendly, eager to help, and interesting.

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance - There's a lot of pressure to work until something is done, no matter the cost. It's not unheard of for people to be working 60-70 hr weeks

      Work can be exciting and challenging. Can provide opportunities for growth

      Cons

      The company has a poor culture where employees complain about being fired for making safety complaints and more. Company doesn't truly value employees and can make up spurious documentation against employees to justify terminating them. They go ahead to tell the employees within that those complaining are disgruntled, continuous gaslighting cycle.
