      San Diego is a great place to live. Ok health insurance

      Cons

      No time off and expected that work is your life. Poor leadership and micro-managers Poor pay and work/life balance do not exist Offer options that you have to pay for with no clear path to a payback. Lots of fairy dust

SAI encourages employees to think creatively, embrace new ideas, and continually strive for excellence.
