      San Diego is a great place to live. Ok health insurance

      Cons

      No time off and expected that work is your life. Poor leadership and micro-managers Poor pay and work/life balance do not exist Offer options that you have to pay for with no clear path to a payback. Lots of fairy dust

      The people at Shield AI are truly exceptional—supportive, talented, and driven. It’s a collaborative environment where everyone works together toward a common goal, which makes for a positive workplace culture. Being part of Shield AI also means you get to play a direct role in building out processes and laying the foundation for the company's future. This hands-on experience is especially rewarding as the company continues to grow bigger every day. Additionally, the work environment is impressive, with well-maintained offices and facilities that make coming to work a pleasant experience.

      Cons

      Like many rapidly growing companies, Shield AI experiences some growing pains. As processes are still being refined, this can occasionally lead to challenges. While the company is on the right track, there’s room for improvement in making some policies more employee-friendly, which would better support the team as the organization continues to evolve.
