      If you are not top 1% talent in the industry, they will not hire you. If you're already employed by Shield AI, and your not performing at top 1% talent, they will get rid of you. They don't know how to staff accordingly with ramp ups/ in-sourcing efforts. They are trying to build an assembly line for a product that is still in R&D phase. Be prepared to wear multiple hats if you get hired on, but not compensated for the multiple job responsibilities. Tag ups and annual reviews are inconsistent and conflicting.

      Best Engineers I've ever worked with. Passionate co-workers. No shortage of cool work to do.

      Cons

      The people here are dedicated to thier work, if you don't have a passion for what Shield does and your not willing to work more than a normal 40 hour week to accomplish a goal you are passionate about, then Shield may not be the place for you.
