This is the worst startup I've ever worked for. Engineers are expected to work overtime and were warned that if they worked less than 55 hours a week, they risked being fired. In fact, certain number of engineers are fired during the company's biannual review process. The management is a complete mess. The lack of clear goals and product vision has led to frequent reorganizations. Engineers spend most of their time working on projects that can be shown off internally, rather than developing something useful for the users. Despite being around for nearly 10 years, the company still hasn't managed to produce a real product!
