It’s a collaborative environment where everyone works together toward a common goal, which makes for a positive workplace culture. Being part of Shield AI also means you get to play a direct role in building out processes and laying the foundation for the company's future. This hands-on experience is especially rewarding as the company continues to grow bigger every day. Additionally, the work environment is impressive, with well-maintained offices and facilities that make coming to work a pleasant experience.

      Cons

      Like many rapidly growing companies, Shield AI experiences some growing pains. As processes are still being refined, this can occasionally lead to challenges. While the company is on the right track, there’s room for improvement in making some policies more employee-friendly, which would better support the team as the organization continues to evolve.
