      Very cool mission. Exciting developmental projects. Well compensated.

      Work life balance does not exist. Development of junior engineers does not seem to be a focus.

      Pros

      Fast paced. Exciting. Mission focused. Warfighter focused. Rewarding. Never a boring day. We are always trying to find ways to get better, and serve those on the front line. We make mistakes, but when we do get up, dust ourselves off, and get back to it. Behind it all, we are genuinely just trying to make our brave men and women on the front lines successful. Shield AI is not for everyone, so I get why people write bad reviews. But if you are like me, its the best place to work at!
