      Pros

      You find out what youre made of at Shield AI. Learned a ton over the past year. The accomplishments are awesome and so is the mission impact. Don't know a lot of companies that can say they've flown F-16 autonomously, swarmed drones, and are doubling revenue.

      Cons

      Scaling is hard, still lots of things to mature.
