      Pros

      Great mission, especially with what is happening in Europe, I feel like the work I'm doing is so important and I am making a difference helping to save lives. Fantastic office culture, free lunches, snacks, keg on tap, espresso and gym passes! Opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

      Cons

      The work is challenging and there are some long nights. It's an intense workload but it is a startup and the grind is needed.

      Pros

      Never expected to find a culture like this in the corporate world. Leadership cares about their people and mission they set a high bar on performance. The products are game-changing and the talent is world-class. For people who are or want to be elite, this company is the place to be.

      Cons

      The tempo is not for everyone. Shield AI is determined to create the world's best AI pilot and that requires abnormally high levels of energy and work ethic.

      Low morale and poor management overshadow free snacks

      Pros

      Hard to think of any at the moment. Free snacks in the DC office?

      Cons

      Terrible career mobility, low reward for effort, insane sales targets, unreasonable and arrogant mid-level managers and low morale all round. Management team from Cisco has brought all the downsides of Big Corporate with none of the upsides or security.
