      Incredible Team, Inspiring Mission, Hard Work

      Pros

      The people here are amazing and the work and mission is inspiring. I've worked at several large tech companies but this is the first time where at the end of the day, if I take a step back, I feel incredibly proud about the problem I'm helping solve.

      Cons

      We're working on solving incredibly hard problems. It's hard work - but the wins feel amazing b/c you immediately see how they connect with warfighters. Typical growing pains in very fast growing company, be comfortable wearing multiple hats.

      - The challenge is not for everybody - Wins can't often be publicly discussed because of customer sensitivities (our products are used on operations that are classified)
