      State of the art in robotics Opportunity to work on challenging engineering problems with really smart people People who take initiative get rewarded

      Cons

      Work life balance is getting better but has a ways to go. Cultural shift towards being a “defense prime” means people feel like their contributions make less of an impact and the mission and values have been diluted.

      Given challenging commitments and asked to deliver. Able to ask anyone at the company about different parts of the software stacks. Awesome outlook for expansion of software products. Modern programming practices and cool feature development.
