Change in Leadership Has Been for the Worst

Pros

After Morgan left, things quickly went from good to bad and then to worse. Working here is a waste of time.

Cons

The CEO is an awful person with no respect for any employees. All employees are struggling due to insane workloads, terribly high expectations, and endless stress. Sales targets aren't being met, and it causes more chaos. Everyone is avoiding staying long-term here and walking away. I did the same.

Corrupt Favoritism and a Toxic, Hostile Environment

Pros

If you are fine with doing all the hard work while someone else basks in the glory, this place is for you. Otherwise, avoid it completely.

Cons

The work environment is poisonous and demoralizing. Leadership is unethical, ruthless, and completely out of touch. Favoritism is rampant, rewarding certain people while ignoring the real contributors.
