      Trust is the only way that this works, and it works

      Pros

      We are doing something very difficult. We're not just working with clients to provide consulting recommendations, but we are also on the hook for technical implementation. This is something that most firms do not try to tackle, and it's something that we do well. The only way that this works is for our teams to trust one another in our handoffs, not just within each team but also between teams. I have never trusted people in an organization as much as I trust the people in this organization.

      Cons

      It is very demanding work and we often create processes as we're implementing them. Great for anyone who enjoy autonomy and creating structure, but I could see less autonomous people having more difficulty.

      Pros

      Fast Growing. Forward thinking Company. Leadership it thoughtful and tries to remain grounded in the beliefs they started the company. The team is actually quite young with makes adaption and reaction time extremely quick.

      Cons

      With fast growth comes growing pains. Departments are expanding new teams are developed almost on a quarterly basis. Be so young as a company and as a team TLI sometimes lacks the "journeyman" experience needed to mentor teams and department, but TLI knows this and actively tries to adjust and adapt to these needs.

      Hi, Thanks for your review, totally appreciate your honesty and feedback. One of the things we discuss at the executive level is the growth curve and need to mentor others. We are going to Beta a program in Q1 and early Q2 in 2019 and once we get those results, we will likely open the floodgates.
