      Pros

      Great colleges and very supportive senior. Team leader is willing to teach as long as you want to learn. Managers also very helpful and caring towards others, both work-related and non work-related. Have a chance to go to HQ in Osaka Japan for new model project.

      Cons

      Lunch is provided and free, but food quality and taste wise is quite bad.
