      Pros

      - Daily free lunch, free accommodation, free work attire. You would save a huge amount from these. - Annual bonus and Monthly Variable Bonus. - OT as you please, even on Saturdays. - Bosses behave like your friend. This makes employees more effective. - Work environment is extremely warm, sometimes like family. - Training is given very often to equip you for you job. - Many department cycling activities that let us experience our product (bikes) and improves relationship between colleagues and bosses. - High funding for projects, so purchases for testing or studies are easily approved.

      Cons

      - I guess the location is in a rural place, so life isn't as happening as in the city. - Many might say work-life balance, but I think the reason many overwork is because there isn't much to do in Pekan Nanas, so they might as well earn more from OTing.
