      Get to fish often and the innovations brought to market really are category leading. A few good people still put in the effort and collaborate.

      Cons

      Management. Other than one or two exceptions, higher level positions are filled with socially challenged persons who are unable to properly set expectations or goals to guide their teams to individual success.
