Pros

Company culture is amazing, management is incredible. Very empathetic and actually care about their employees. Management takes escalations and ensures you are comfortable in the environment you work in.

Cons

Can be slow, but that is a good problem to have. They keep you busy with developmental projects to ensure you dont lose out on money while tickets are low.

Pros

The humor in the product means there's a very friendly atmosphere most of the time. The actual work was simple and only really difficult in December for holiday stuff. They throw great parties.

Cons

Mismanagement of funds made them cut hours despite the workload, badly planned warehouse move caused issues that rolled down to the bottom workers pretty solidly.
