Pros

Neat company, the product is cool, and the culture at work was great for a while, work was pretty easy.

Cons

Eventually things turned pretty sour once the company's money got tight, now the atmosphere is always tense. Not very considerate of their employees when push comes to shove.

Remote 100% of the time Laid back Fun Customers were mostly pleasant except for the spicy ones here and there Mostly answered emails Product was fun (underwear) Steady schedule Management was awesome, cared about employees well-being Could use my own equipment Headset wasn't mandatory, only if we wanted to

Cons

My position was seasonal so it didn't last more than a couple months. Answering phones (not my favorite thing) but it wasn't too crazy.

Not much... maybe connecting people who work remotely a little more to ensure everyone feels like a part of the team
