      Work/Life Balance Great Colleagues Great Leadership Good Environment Fair Pay and Benefits package Company discount on great merch Generous Time Off Remote Department Great Company Culture

      Cons

      Slackers that coast on the bare minimum and play office politics won't make it here without actual results to back themselves up. It's a small team and everyone can tell if you're not performing and other departments can tell if you're not handling your work correctly. I've seen lower-cost health plans, but not often.

      - make people laugh - always innovating, expanding skillsets - work hard, get your work done, unlimited PTO - the company gives a crap about employees - surrounded by a company of rockstars - senior management listens and is actively engaged - they provide all the tools you need to succeed - the most fun, creative and weird group of people I've ever worked with

      Cons

      I've got nothing, I only left due to family reasons but I truly enjoyed working here. If you don't have a passion for your work and your team around you this isn't the place for you.
