      Pros

      You are empowered to own your role and make a big impact. The team is filled with incredibly hard working, smart, and talented people that inspire greatness. Shinesty has a culture like no other.

      Cons

      Start up life is always going to be tough so you need to be the right person for the job. You have to hustle, grind, and work your butt off but the results are worth it. It’s the perfect role for the right kind of person.

      Pros

      I had a great experience working here. The team is incredible and the company is growing quickly, which makes it an exciting, fast-paced environment. I learned a ton during my time... the team was collaborative, creative, and genuinely fun to work with. One of the biggest highlights was the open line of communication. It was easy to have 1:1 conversations with leadership, including C-suite employees, and everyone was encouraged to pitch ideas regardless of their level. That kind of access and trust is rare and made the work feel impactful and collaborative.

      Pros

      It's a fun place to work. Amazing people, cool brand, insanely good product. Business is profitable and stable. I was given a lot of autonomy to do what was needed to hit goals.

      Cons

      The company is trying to hit it's next point of inflection growth wise and is sorta in a weird teenager stage meaning not everything is perfect. Hard work is required, not as easy as it looks from the outside.
