Pros

Majority of the employees are nice people.

Cons

The Merchant Experience Executive (Support/Customer Service) is an inexperienced micromanager who does not empower or support the management team, which trickles down to the employees. Many cons include no structure, uncompetitive salary, deceiving unlimited time off, always on culture, lack of employee wellbeing, no work-life balance, no employee development, no performance evaluation/constructive feedback process, unrealistic expectations, inefficient tools, and ineffective communication structure…

Pros

Pay rate is good for starting. They offer alot of overtime in top of the 2 hours of OT they pay with 10 hour shift. 3 days off wed, sat and sun.

Cons

No way to get ahold of supervisors. Hr takes forever to respond to email. Stick you in whatever department your need. Supervisors have no game plan of the day. Supervisors have bad communication w/ each other.

Lack of leadership, CEO doesn’t care about this employees, inexperienced coworkers, poor training and small workspace
