Startup agility, generational diversity in leadership, creative ideas are embraced without gatekeeper ego in the way. Plus, the ability to work remotely and see the world while cranking out great work is what I have been waiting for, for quite some time!

Nothing as of yet- maybe cell phone stipend for employees utilizing their personal phones for work?

Pros

The job is pretty easy, just more annoying than anything. Relatively chill work environment.

Cons

This job is straight forward and to the point, they like to micro manage you and look over everything you do. It can easily be done from home but they want you in the office to watch over you. They have little work events but they only hold them in the office (which is the last place you want to spend more time at). Apparently they are too cheap to hold actual work happy hours at a restaurant or bar.
