CEO is highly invested in each employee regardless of role. There is no real feeling of a hierarchy, you feel very equal to everyone and that is encouraged as part of the company culture. If you need a resource or support of any kind, it's made available to you. Mental health is a top priority and overworking is actively discouraged. Praise is given regularly.

Cons

Vey quick paced and ever-evolving, so not a great place for anyone who might enjoy monotony/complacency or not interested in continued learning of product/partner products. Everyone is supportive but candid, so probably not best for folks with a need for cushiony lingo or softer approaches.

Cons

Team structure is constantly changing. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but know that every day will be exciting!
