App had some difficulties, limited interaction between shopper and customer, worked at the height of covid and now there is not much work to do in certain areas

Shipt has hired massively to fill diversity gaps, but they have not learned how to include diverse talent into upper management roles. management does not know how to make meetings and agendas to be inclusive and diverse. people of diversity feel invisible and left out and un advocated for.
