The current rooms are shared, difficult to provide 100% privacy. Not everyone is as dedicated to their job role as they should be.

The therapy staff is friendly & motivated to help each other do the best for all patients. It's a great place for a new grad to learn the most current research based methods to treat patients.

Cons

Minimal opportunities for advancement, must work frequent holidays & weekends (poor work/life balance), management does not seem to reward/value experience, minimal pay raises or market adjustments.
