Constantly working to make patieints' experience better. Lively open research environments allow for researchers, patients and clinicians to interact. This increases the potential for positive relationships to occur.

Cons

High prestige that sometimes makes all of the hoopla seem empty and transparent.

Great location. Knowing that you are working with the best doctors in physical med & rehab.

Cons

RNs are bottom of the totem pole. Doctors take physical/occupational/speech therapists more seriously. I felt floor was understaffed at times compared to the physical workload that rehab med requires.
