      There is a real focus on patient care and positive outcomes here. I feel like my work is recognized and that I am making a difference.

      Cons

      It does seem like it is a little difficult to move into other positions or advance.

      Many good, caring people work there. Good working relationship for the most part between physicians and other health care workers

      Cons

      Much more concerned with image and self promotion than substance. Very secretive and unpredictable senior management Patient care is not #1 priority
