      Pros

      Great location. Knowing that you are working with the best doctors in physical med & rehab.

      Cons

      RNs are bottom of the totem pole. Doctors take physical/occupational/speech therapists more seriously. I felt floor was understaffed at times compared to the physical workload that rehab med requires.

      Pros

      There are some concerned and wonderful people who want to do the best they can for the Institute; but they are few and far between.

      Cons

      Corporate culture there is silo oriented. They do not seek nor want other viewpoints.
