The patients are kind, the leaders are not. Other staff and peers are usually great since we are all equally miserable

Cons

You can find anyone to talk to and everyone will tell you to get out. It is very well known that everyone is underpaid. Especially when every project lead talks about how much technology is worth, and how there are endless budgets. For being a world wide and innovative center, their rules, morals, and structure are prehistoric. I encourage you to work here, get what you can out of it, and leave.
