Great Place to Work, Taking PTO is hard

Great environment, good pay, good benefits, flexible clinic hours

Cons

Taking PTO is hard. Corporate does not want you to take time in the summer due to high patient volumes, and it's difficult to take time around the holidays. Basically we all are trying to get PTO during random times in the spring and fall, and we are limited in the number of days we can take at one time.

Wonderful physicians, such a pleasure to work with many of them.

Cons

The new hospital is for patient’s benefits. New office layout for research, etc makes HIPAA a challenge. Much too much work for a FT job with any work-life balance.
