      Wonderful clinical setting, admin challenging

      Pros

      Wonderful place to practice from a clinical perspective. Setting was beautiful and well maintained. Physicians, nursing and rehab teams were top notch. Senior administration was supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Inpatient director level leadership was not only unsupportive but manipulative and actively limited provision of mental health care with a high need population. Compensation was grossly below market and directors were resistant to using well established salary databases

      Pros

      I worked as a PT for a few years here. I loved my team, I loved my coworkers, and all the learning opportunities. I learned so much and am truly a better clinician for having worked here.

      Cons

      It was hard to get your foot in the door for new opportunities, the senior/ master track was a little intense.. seems like the therapists get the short end of the stick by doing a TON of work and offering quite a bit for just a tiny pay bump and a tiny bit of recognition. Didn’t seem worth it.
