So many smart people work here. It's motivating at first. Then you see everyone burn out so quickly

Cons

There is a retention issue throughout the hospital. I see people bullied in every department from IT to nurse staff.

You learn so much in this role and make valuable connections. You will always be surrounded by mentors and people who want to help you succeed.

Cons

This role generally comes with very low pay for the amount of work you put into it. However, in all other aspects, it is incredibly rewarding. If you can swing the low pay I highly recommend it.
