Pros
Really great co-workers, but most of them want to leave.
Cons
-Poor, inexperienced management -One person makes all the buying decisions and you have little to no say -Extremely Unorganized -If you don't have the reports ready for an unexpected meeting, you get reprimanded -You will end up doing the job of at least 3-5 people -Management will belittle you and make you feel unimportant -You will get in trouble for things you were never trained on -No structure / No promotions -No work/life balance -Management gives annual awards out to themselves -Frowned upon for leaving ON TIME even if you have small children at home that depend on you -Horrible pay for the huge workload -They will Lie to you in your interview about getting more pay/ a higher title within months of working there. Don't believe them - this NEVER happens and everyone falls in the trap. (It's sad) -High turnover -Management plays favorites no matter your experience level
