Close knit, team-oriented environment. Everyone contributes and is always ready to help out, whether you’re in different offices or out in the stores. Managers and colleagues are all respectful. There are no office politics. It is a very easy and friendly environment to work in.

Cons

Benefits package could really be improved. The low amount of PTO and high health insurance premiums make a healthy work-life balance difficult to achieve.

Two Words: Company Culture! The culture here is amazing, skill is not the most important thing. The most important thing is culture fit, personality and common sense. Everyone is passionate not only about their job, but the Shoe Palace brand.

POOR MANAGEMENT Mean customers Get graded on how often you can come in even when you`re not scheduled to work, and it`s used against you (at least for me it was) No Retro Jordan discount
