Pros

The regular employees here are wonderful! Everyone tries to be helpful, and most people are easy to get along with.

Cons

People at the highest levels of management aren't supportive at all and will sometimes put you down to make you work harder (which is a leadership style that just pushes people away). Not much focus on developing employees. Morale is super low these days, and management keeps making all the wrong moves that just end up making things worse.
