Pros

No pros after PCC bought Shultz Steel

Cons

This company doesn't care about their employees. The pay raises on average are about 25 cents, when they give raises. The out of pocket insurance payments continue to rise like crazy every year, it is hard to make those payments since they don't pay that much. The company constantly has layoffs and they always layoff the people that make more money and have been there the longest.

No raised,no bonus, no cost leaving, no premiums, not enough sick days, no good management....

Cons

Not pay for if you covered someone on vacation, no over time and no for doing somebody's job...
