Smaller company culture was great. New the owners of the company on a first name basis. Small group of engineers but they were all very capable and knowledgeable about their field.

Cons

The year I left the company is also the year that the company was sold to a large conglomerate. The last I heard was they were making changes to the structure of the company, some good and some bad.

Check on time. Okay job

Cons

Very low wages. Benefits need to improve substantially. Companies ran very badly. Christmas shutdown gone. No jury duty pay. Sick days the bare minimum only because of State has Force to give us some. Hardly get any raises as well as starting almost at minimum wage
