Pros

Great work and life balance. Great reputable product line. It's hard to go wrong.

Cons

Products are mainly professional geared. Needs to diversify product line, but senior management chooses not to serve consumer markets. Decisions are always customer driven, even when it doesn't make business sense.

-A lot of opportunities to interact of all levels of employees -Tons of work exist - One can gain experience of different processes

Cons

-Bunch of micro-managers -Senior management is made of friends or ex-coworkers that some do not qualify for the title -Life - work balance doesn't exist -Horrible performance management, career doesn't exist
