      Pros

      Production environment workers were always fun to be around. The environment fit that of the area. Being in a small town made the work environment feel more like a family. Most employees were easy to get to know and made the work environment very friendly. If you know how to fit it with the type of people you are working with it can be a great experience.

      Cons

      Location was not the best. If you are from the area it is great, but being from out of town it was not idea. Depending on the department and work site there was a lot of micro managing and unnecessary bickering between employees.

      Global, innovative, customer oriented. A good company and used to have good family values.

      Cons

      Too many changes during the past several years as well as their acquisitions. Used to have good family values. Difficult to trust people in the organization.
