Pros

Postive growth and solid strategies. Very respectful and mindful of the employees. Great benefits. Steadfast in marketing beliefs and strategies.

Cons

Would like to see hourly pay change from flat rate to performance base ranged concept. Not agressive enough in advertising. Seem lacking in forecasting.

Day to day work is never the same. It's a lot of fun to work with people that are like family.

Cons

Decision by consensus really seems to slow down what could be an amazing place to work. No one is allowed to make a decision on their own.
