Great company, saftey first. Bonuses, and 2 weeks off at Christmas time.

Cons

When business is slow, you might get cut back to 32 hours a week. When business is high, you may have to work 50+ hours a week.

Cons

Small company taking on 3M; doesn't have the resources to do that (can't match 3M in adhesive tape product breadth) Difficult to find meaningful product differentiation in tapes
