      Good but not Great company

      Pros

      Average length of service is much longer than most. Great benefits. Company with great reputation.

      Cons

      Real division between hourly & management - in pay and in respect. Seems to be at awkward size - big company but still often tries to function as family business which causes communication and efficiency issues.

      Dealing with HR is ridiculous. Biggest joke, the little they are supposed to do they don't.

      Pros

      Decent pay if you can get hired on full-time. Temps start at $10.00/hour and when you get hired on and fully trained you can make up to $15.00/hour.

      Cons

      Incompetent supervisors and upper management. A lot of the current employees are totally worthless and for some unknown reason do not get fired. Lots of drama you have to deal with!!!
