Lots of opportunity to shine if you're in sales or marketing Beautuful campus Excellent communication from upper management on the status of the business

Cons

Terrible benefits, truly terrible No opportunities for advancement or growth Upper management positions are legacy family members and good ol' boys network Messy integration with new parent company is very difficult to work with Emotionally draining place... one day you wake up realizing that chasing profit means nothing because no matter how hard you work you're never working hard enough
