Pros

Some of the best pay in the county. Steady work. No one ask you to do anything unsafe. Laid back at sometimes depending on production. They care about the safety of their employees.

Cons

The pay could be better for some jobs that require a lot of physical labor. People are always quitting. You're always training someone. Management doesn't value the ideas of employees without a higher education.
