Pros

Peak seasons have a lot of overtime. Pay is not too bad for a starting temp at $15.00, 4th shift $17.00 Fast paced during peak. Don't clock out for 2-30 min breaks. Work is not really hard to do or learn. It's something for anyone to do. Hire non-speaking people greatly. Encouraged to apply.

Cons

When not peak, hours are horrible. 4th shift weekends taken for almost a full year. Management can be lazy. Unfair in bonus pay. Unfair in days off with certain shifts. Unfair with hours and time management between shifts

Pros

Good team members and generally good people to work with.

Cons

The TAM for Shutterflys products is only so large and highly concentrated revenue season can lead to lots of uncertainty.

Pros

Fully remote, for good or bad.

Cons

Lots of external contractors. Expect to be available early morning for contractors in IST time zone.
