Pros

Good pay. Great staff to work with.

Cons

Company has went down hill over the years. Not getting bonus, merit increase, promotions this year due to revenue decrease. Used to get stocks, bonuses, merit increases. They laid off staff the past 4 years; twice last year.

Pros

I have no positive comments about this company.

Cons

Our company was acquired by Shutterfly, and ever since then, everything about it has gone downhill. Practically all of the original employees have left due to the way they have changed things, and we cannot even keep the temps they keep insisting to use. No one is trained properly to do anything, and what few remaining OG employees are left are not utilized to help combat any of the problems with the structure. All they care about is producing as much as possible and scrape by with the bare minimum. Employees are overworked, undervalued, and there is no professionalism. There is no care about employees actually trying to do a good job, or what customers will receive as they don't care about proper QA. Employees work long shifts with a dinner break that isn't even an hour long. I will never work for another company that comes under the Shutterfly flagship.

Management is lacking

Pros

free product, direct team members, not much else

Cons

SBS management is terrible, no consistency on workflow, too many 'yes' men. Unrealistic expectations on people. There is no employee backing, people are simply a number and have no value here. Employees are treated like they are idiots and anyone can do their job.
