Pros

By far the employees are the best part of Shutterfly. People genuinely care about their work and their colleagues. The culture is supportive. Leaders are relatable.

Cons

There’s no strategy besides layoffs if they don’t hit financial goals. The company is owned by private equity so it’s all about money. Teams are forced to take on more with less resources.

Pros

Work from home. Friendly people.

Cons

Owned by investment bank, asks more and more from people, gives no raises, lays off ONLY FTE's, keeps contractors, piles on responsibility, stifles innovation, dinosaur age tech.
