Pros

Good product. Well-designed customized greeting cards. The company is growing fast. Management brings in good food for workers fairly often when call volume and orders are high and employees are working 12 hour shifts.

Cons

They had many problems with bugs in their systems and didn't really give newbies enough help to get past these problems. Hundreds of computers and only two guys to troubleshoot and solve problems. It made it hard to meet their production demands when the machines were not performing well. There is a high pressure atmosphere to get holiday products out with long mandatory work hours.

Pros

A mix of a friendly coworkers and top talent fosters learning new skills. The work is challenging and the technology constantly advancing. It's a respectable job where the focus is on product quality and customer satisfaction to sell real products. Pay and vacation compensation is good.

Cons

The company is taking on too many ultra-high risk projects at once. There's an atmosphere of frustration as every minor incident puts a long-term project at risk. Mandates to improve performance through hourly micromanaging is destroying morale.
