Pros

Every day is different and you get to engage with all sorts of different people and help them feel confident being in front of the camera.

Cons

The Shutterfly / Lifetouch management structure is a mess and they don't respect the time and work of the studio managers or photographers that are actually client-facing and providing customer service solutions on a daily basis despite lack of support from management.

Pros

The company seemed like it really wanted to learn and grow about where the employees felt the shortcomings were

Cons

I was soft promoted and went from being a retoucher to being a team lead and having trained a whole team and leading them with no pay increase. I had to put in my notice to get a pay bump.

Be warned!

Pros

Food court has free drinks

Cons

Lack of communication, favoritism and mainly no room for growth. A revolving door of employees. You see someone new everyday and you see someone leave. This job is for compromised individuals! If you need to pay your car note or rent this is a good place. If you want to work and feel useful this place isn't for you!
